Marina Jurić

Marina Jurić is a People & Culture executive focused on building environments where leadership is real, values are lived, and people strategy drives business impact. As Chief People & Culture Officer at Liburnia Hotels & Villas, she is co-leading one of the most deliberate and forward-moving organizational shifts in the regional hospitality arena. Her work centers on designing people systems, leadership practices, and cultural foundations that enable sustainable business growth. Her career spans hospitality, banking, and FMCG. At Coca-Cola HBC, she led strategic and operational HR initiatives across Croatia and the Adria region, with a strong focus on talent, engagement, and enabling people-driven business effectiveness. At Addiko Bank, she was part of the transformation team during significant strategic changes, co-leading group-wide people programs, and embedding an employer identity aligned with the bank’s differentiating business model and strategy. She holds a MSc in Service Leadership and Innovation at RIT. Along with a focus on transforming service systems through novel ways of thinking, she further developed her perspective through studies in holistic leadership and human development. Today, she draws from both, business insight and human depth to design systems that deliver real impact. Driven by clarity, curiosity, and high standards, she sees the People agenda as an active force in the engine room of transformation. Her goal remains consistent: to build people systems that evolve, rooted in values that endure.
